How to import data:

1. Download the CSV template.
2. Open the csv using Microsoft Excel or any software same with excel.
3. Fill up all required information.

   Name*

   First Name (space) Last Name
   (Example: John Cruz)

   Email*

   Enter valid email address only.
   (Example: email@yahoo.com)

   Mobile*

   Please enter valid mobile number. We only accept numbers only. No spaces.
   (Example: instead of using +60 17 123 4567, enter 0171234567.)

   Date of Birth*

   Date format: MM/DD/YYYY
   (Example: 12/01/1970)

   Gender*

   Enter Male or Female only

   T-shirt Size:

   Use only: XS (extra small), S (small), M (medium), L (large), XL (extra large), and XXL (double extra large) only
   (Example: XXL)

4. IMPORTANT: DO NOT REMOVE OR UPDATE THE HEADER AT THE FIRST LINE OF THE TEMPLATE.

5. Save it as CSV or comma separated values.

   

6. Upload the CSV file and wait for the list to appear.
